Use http basic auth credentials when provided to the cli

The request failed with the following error message:
unknown error (status 401): {}

Describe your ideal solution

hydra cli should detect these credentials and send the Authorization header accordingly.

The official javascript client library seems to support this feature so it would be cool if we had that on the hydra cli too.
