Overriding maester settings not working

Hi,

I took as model the following YAML property to override maester subchart settings: https://github.com/ory/k8s/blob/master/helm/charts/hydra/values.yaml#L148

But when installing/upgrading the chart none of my settings were set to the maester.

If I changed it to hydra-maester it seems to be taken in account.

Maybe the sample needs to be modified?

Could you share the working config please? Also which helm version are you using (see the issue template).

I seem to be running into the same issue once I upgraded the Hydra chart from 0.0.47 to 0.0.48.
I use Helm 3 or more specifically:

version.BuildInfo{Version:"v3.0.3", GitCommit:"ac925eb7279f4a6955df663a0128044a8a6b7593", GitTreeState:"clean", GoVersion:"go1.13.7"}

We'll be giving the helm charts some love in april, but if anyone is up for fixing things, contributions are always welcome!
