Populate metadata_admin field of list identities response

Describe the bug

The metadata_admin field of the response to a call to the List Identities endpoint (https://www.ory.sh/docs/reference/api#operation/adminListIdentities) is not populated.
A call to https://www.ory.sh/docs/reference/api#operation/adminGetIdentity however populates the field.

Reproducing the bug

1. Have identity with non-public metadata
2. Call https://www.ory.sh/docs/reference/api#operation/adminListIdentities
3. Notice that metadata_admin is empty
