clamav: Update db only from local mirror #12214

Sometimes clamav does fail because local db is behind,
but for some reason daily.cvd is not updated, only daily.cld is.

Local mirror can be updated more often, but I guess that still won't be fail safe.

I'm not really familiar with clamav, but it appears like it updated the database properly, but one of the files doesn't exist?
Maybe that's caused by the way diffs are implemented and instead of daily.cvd, there's the old version + a diff to the new one instead?

I don't know what exactly is happening, I will check it out after my vacation, in 3 weeks.
Until then I would use just local mirror.
