I guess a creative approach by someone duplicating UPGRADE? maybe also "UPGRADE || LIVECD"? |
Checked fate, it mentions "installations" only so upgrades and migrations should probably be spared. Fixes issues like https://openqa.suse.de/tests/488075#step/no_perl_bootloader/3
