we experience sporadic issue with assert_screen 'tigervnc-desktop-loggedin', so increase timeout value can be a workaround on some weak workers. and further workarounds provided as welll for xev and performance issue. create required needles to workaround these issue. xev hangs sporadic (1%) which cannot be fixed at moment, so provide record_info with ticket record_info 'poo#120282' in wait_serial. fix sporadic issue with weird screen about 'loggedu-as-priviled-user' see https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/119416
