  1. reconnect_s390: Try to collect "blocked tasks" if we are stuck on bootup 

    Using "magic sysrq" within x3270 we can show "Blocked Tasks" which can helpful
in case a login is not possible. So far this approach has been done for s390x
z/VM which seems to be about the hardest platform to debug so it is most
likely most useful there.
