Updated phpLdapAdmin version to 1.2.6.2

I need this version, because phpLdapAdmin has added Support for bcrypt hashes.
I also tested the Image self compiled and in my environment everything worked fine.

Idk what the label merged means?? This branch is not merged and the master branch still contains still the old version.

@MarcelCoding there is a new version of phpldapadmin (https://github.com/leenooks/phpLDAPadmin/releases/tag/1.2.6.3), you should update this branch as it has not been merged yet. @BertrandGouny said over in the osixia openldap repo that he's working on updating the base image and then releasing new updates. So we hope to see a new version of phpldapadmin here as well
