Removed the need for developers to manually call app.use(dashport.initialize).

Update

• Refactored Dashport's modularity. Instead of checking for which server framework to support when Dashport is instantiated, a different Dashport class will be made for each server framework. Currently, only Oak is supported.
• Merged deserialize functionality into authenticate.
