This PR introduces the executable ros2 run rmf_schedule_visualizer schedule_visualizer which sets up the backend websocket server and mirror manager. The server parses a request for trajectories that match certain spacetime criteria in the mirror and then responds with information sufficient to re-create spline motions in the front end for each trajectory contained.
