Also added a section to the homepage to explain the project name change. Notes: change wasn't made inside quotes but a note was inserted to add a reference to the new name. The SVG logo still needs to be updated. Signed-off-by: Arnaud J Le Hors <lehors@us.ibm.com>

This also fixes some broken links to the scorecard repo (caused by the name change over there).
