LGTM (though this seems more akin to a copyright notice I would expect to see at the bottom of the page)

My intent is that it's a statement of authorship, not a copyright statement. Many people care about 'where did this advice come from" - making it clear that it's the OpenSSF should help.

As far as copyright goes, we don't require copyright assignments, so I think the copyrights are technically owned by their various contributors. This doesn't matter, because the contributions were all made in accordance to an open license (CC-BY-4.0 in this case), so anyone can do anything to this that the CC-BY license allows.
