This uses the spapr-vscsi disk io device. virtio support is currently not the best for this architecture.
Also remove temporary hack for cloud-init. Fix is now included upstream in Fedora 20.
The only difference was vda vs. sda and lets unify on sda for stability.

Add support for newer Fedora and some other misc fixes for POWER8. Still a work in progress.
