Changes Proposed

• updated to version 12.85
• reviewed all action IDs
• reviewed all doors and fixed all house doors
• added action id 100 to starting map draw well accordingly to Removed draw well from teleport action #3966 to serve as example
• removed action id from temple carpet because it was never used and made no sense
