Purpose
Removes some bookmark code that used to be used in bookmark indexing, but is no longer used anywhere.
Testing Instructions
As long as this passes automated tests, I'm not sure any manual testing is required. But if you wanted to be thorough, you could try creating a bookmark on a brand new work and making sure it can be found with bookmark search.
