Use Gitea as Oauth provider

Hi folks,

I'm currently trying to get outline running with Gitea as oauth provider.

Did anyone tried this before?

Redirect to the Gitea instance is working and I get the outline app registered in gitea. Bun when I try to login itself, I get the following error:

Is there a way to get mode detailed logs? - Could this be caused by connection error to redis, minio?

Does gitea or outline service need to connect directly? (DNS lookup, other tcp connection?)

The error would suggest that SECRET_KEY is unset or not valid.

Also noticed Outline tries to resolve and connect tiley.herokuapp.com ?

This is a service for providing default avatars, it's run by me. I think it's fair to say we should work to remove this dependency though.

Thanks. I didn't follow the docs and added dummy values in the secret_key and untils_secret.
