fail to create DB with docker-compose

Nothing stands out here, the error is most likely in your environment config, eg. DATABASE_URL.

I already update the port part in DATABASE_URL and REDIS_URL based on my docker-compose.yml

I think localhost is the problem here:

yup , I noticed that URL was wrong and I fixed it.
I can see the starting page now , but unable to process next step with slack .
