Backup download link should redirect to internal location. Here is an example:

here is an "internal link" example:
https://dev.vestacp.com/dispatch.php?jedi_method=MAIN.downloadBackup&key=2011-12-18 (you should be logged in as "vesta")
but at the moment there is "file not fond" response.

Actually it was 403 error "Permission denied" I have corrected file ownership and now it works fine.
