In this upgrade, we make it possible to use cybersource again. Cybersource was previously unavailable in Lilac, due to some misconfiguration. This is currently non-functional. At the moment, this branch exists to allow
other people to troubleshoot the issues listed here:

EDIT 2021/12/08: Ecommerce is now functional, with both cybersource and paypal fully working \o/
