By default, the name of the scsynth connection to jack is SuperCollider. Either try to give it a new name like Overtone as not to conflict with Supercollider instance running, or try to connect SuperCollider-01 if present.

Wasn't very hard to rename the jack connection name from SuperCollider to Overtone. I believe this change makes it much more clear which connection is from Supercollider like sc-ide and which is from Overtone. This may conflict with users that have .jackrc config set to explicitly do some operations on SuperCollider prefixed connections.
