Hidden/missing examples page

Hi,
I can't find any more the examples you used to have on soureceforge -> documentation -> examples.

Same issue here (altough it gives a 403 error to be exact)

That was due to the SourceForge repository being disabled - some people were confused by the move to github and still pulling from the old repository, missing the most recent updates.

The links on GitHub documentation were stale as well. I've updated them to point at github files.
