Describe the QA issue

Ubuntu 22.04
owncloud 5.1.0 rc1

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Add a new account
  2. Wait for the initial sync

Expected behavior

Sync starts immediately

Actual behavior

It takes a couple of seconds till the sync begins

My guess, one of the others is syncing?

This is super easy to reproduce apparently. I had this delay on a variety of VMs today, including openSUSE Leap 15.4/15.5 with KDE as well as Ubuntu 22.04 with GNOME. When you restart the client after setting up some account, the sync state icon is shown, but the sync does not start.
