Birthday sync of shared addressbooks

A temporal solution is to rerun the occ command everytime an addressbook is shared/unshared or a user has been added/removed from a group

In case a birthday is updated (happened to me, I entered 2015-05-12 instead of 2015-12-05 the calendar is not updated. I guess the occ will fix it.

For the long term the I would love to see the birthday calendar being updated on birthday change (delete or update).
