Expand versions API acceptance tests

Parent issue #31403

• review the test scenarios in each feature and expand them to cover a "basic" set of test cases
• add test scenarios for cases when a file/folder is share between users and different users edit a file and try to restore versions... (e.g. see Restoring a previous version of a shared file fails files_primary_s3#53 for an example in objectstore where this seems to be a problem. It might be a problem with ordinary core master?)
