Unless I missed something fairly basic, there does not seem to be a way to select a file in the web interface and move it to another folder within your owncloud file structure. Seems like a fairly common feature that should be part of the software. If its there then ignore this, if not that I just wanted to put in a request for this feature in a future release.

Yes that I have noticed. But a more robust utility that would allow a move
to anywhere. Some moves have to be done by dropping around a lot until we
get to the area we need so the structure is visible in the menu bar from
the file.

Hi,

there is also an app "files_move" available here:

http://apps.owncloud.com/content/show.php/Files+move?content=150271

which exactly is providing this feature.

Duplicate of #6380

This comment #6380 (comment) might be an idea on how to make it work UX-wise.
