Description

User Stories

• As a user I want to use the copy Link-quickaction without accidentally exposing data.

Acceptance Criteria

• The Quick link is the link, that always gets copied on click of the quickaction
• If the Quick link doesnt exists, it gets created via Create link in the sidebar or in the context menu via Copy link
• The Quick link-name cannot get renamed

Scopes

• OC10: Scope of the link can be set via Everyone with the link can view/contribute/edit/upload (~ Public link )
• oCIS: Scopes of the link can be set via
  • everyone with the link - > everybody can use it without authentication - sharing-rolesare getting combined with the Scope everyone with the link can view / can contribute / can edit / can upload
  • only invited people - > only authenticated users who have access to the resource via share can use it
• Default Scope: Quicklink has the same configuration like the default public link
• Changing the link scope does not have an impact on the link URL
• 3-dots: in the drop, user can set expiration date and the password.
• if a password / expiration date is set, an indicator is shown below the url-formfield

Definition of ready

[ ] everybody needs to understand the value written in the user story
[ ] acceptance criteria has to be defined
[ ] all dependencies of the user story need to be identified
[ ] feature should be seen from an end user perspective
[ ] user story has to be estimated
[ ] story points need to be less then 20

• Functional requirements
  [ ] functionality described in the user story works
  [ ] acceptance criteria are fulfilled
• Quality
  [ ] codre review happened
  [ ] CI is green
  [ ] critical code received unit tests by the developer
  [ ] automated tests passed (if automated tests are not available, this test needs to be created and passed
• Non-functional requirements
  [ ] no sonar cloud issues
