User story

As a not at all nerdy user I want to be able to overwrite the top loading indicator with my custom nyan cat loading indicator, so that I feel at home in my ownCloud.
Oh and super marios Yoshi as well of course...

Just to clarify: the linked PR implements the extension point, user facing extension preferences and a CustomComponent extension type. It does not implement any custom loading indicators. If I find the time I'll finish my nyan cat loading indicator and publish it separately (will not be part of the monorepo for obvious reasons).
