Notification missing - permission not requested?

After the update owntracks is no longer setting a permanent notification
Checking the notification settings it appears this version 'does not send notifications'

I track the notification to find out when owntracks stalls reporting and needs to be reopened.

I have also noticed the same behavior. Option to set notification at OS level is completely missing.

Thanks for raising - please raise more if you see any issues. Google's rushed me into this slightly hacky release to hit an arbitrary deadline, so hyper-aware there may be more things that I've missed.
