Removes a duplicate `PHISHING_SCRIPT_DIR` key from the general configuration file.
Removes the PyPi package installation step, `pip install owtf` because of stale package uploaded.
ConfigParser failed with the duplicate keys in general.cfg file.

Code for creating a new session has been implemented and backened functionality for deleting a session has been added along with documentation!
