This PR fixes two issues that are causing alerts to users of this package:
action.yml.actions/coreto1.10.0, which fixes the call tocore.setOutput()to use$GITHUB_OUTPUTunder the hood if available rather thanset-output.The only real changes are in
actions.ymlandpackage.json- the rest are autogenerated or fromnode_modules.It would be great to merge this so that the library stays relevant once Node 12 stops working! Thank you :)
