Let's deal with the batch of broken links every month instead of spending time fixing one link every week. I think that our readers will barely notice a few broken links before we fix them.

Fixes #37, #39, #40, #41. That's a lot of issues 馃槄, so I propose changing the scheduler to do the check monthly. So every month we will deal with the batch of broken links instead of spending time fixing one link every week. I believe that our readers will barely notice a few broken links before we fix them on the first day of month.
