This reverts commit d2f951c. Seems the commit was reverted by mistake. Closes pages-themes#48
From Google analytics settings page: "Copy and paste this code as the first item into the <HEAD> of every webpage you want to track". Not sure what the effect is if it will not be the first element, but complying with the official instructions.
