DEPR Enforce reversion of Size color aliases

• closes BUG: Plotly scatter plots no longer produce color correctly, color alias for c in 1.5 #49732 (Replace xxxx with the GitHub issue number)
• Tests added and passed if fixing a bug or adding a new feature
• All code checks passed.
• Added type annotations to new arguments/methods/functions.
• Added an entry in the latest doc/source/whatsnew/vX.X.X.rst file if fixing a bug or adding a new feature.

Docs and whatsnew were added in #49734, let's enforce it in 2.0.0?

If yes, lets enforce in 1.5.3, this can be considered a regression
