Set OMP_NUM_THREADS to 1 in workers to avoid BLAS conflicts

Also set DASKERNETES_WORKER_NAME to include JUPYTERHUB_USER . Thanks for the idea and implementation @jacobtomlinson !

Here you have updated these settings in this repo.

But have you rebuilt the docker images, pushed them to dockerhub, restarted the cluster, etc, as described in (#122)?

I'm just trying to wrap my head around the process for updating the deployment.

For context, if you have build new docker images with the latest gcsfs master and dask reslease, then this resolves #118, #117, and #112.
