Review Report 2: Update Risk Register

Andy considers this a minor recommendation, that is listed in many places in the report, in particular as Recommendation 2 in the Recommendations concerning the period covered by the report.

Please note that the recommendation talks about Updated KPI Framework and Risk Registry, therefore it has been split in two issues in GitHub (#79 and this one).

The Feedback following the 2nd Periodic Report states:

Moreover, the partners should consider updating the risk registry to reflect the risks that have been cleared following the ccomplishment of several milestones of the project’s workplan. on page 4

The project’s risk registry includes 25 relevant risks, which cover most of the work areas of the project. Most of them
remain relevant, yet some of them have been cleared as reported in the periodic report. However, given that several
milestones project have been achieved, a greater number of risks should have been cleared. For instance, it is expected
that technical risks relating to the development of individual components and services should be no longer active. On the
other hand, exploitation and sustainability risks must be valid during the last reporting period. The project coordination
team is advised to review the risks that have been cleared in the next review of the registry. on page 8
