HQEncrypter - it's a simple and pretty flexiable encrypter.
How to use:
1)Open EncryptProject.exe
2)Type some text in 'Input' label
3)Select encrypt key(default is 12)
4)Press 'Encrypt'
5)Look at 'Output' label and be happy
