README / onboarding is so confusing. We have zillions of ways to get started. Now the easiest way to get a server started in minutes (given you have node and mongo) is through npx.

@dblythy This may be interesting for you; it's a years old PR but maybe an interesting entry point in combination with your CLI approach of setting up a server?

Not sure whether this belongs rather to the example repo, but the PR is in this repo, so I open the issue here for now.
