New Pull Request Checklist

Issue Description

Currently if a developer wants to access the Parse Server config for custom actions such as database writes, they have to access config via node modules.

Related issue: #7869
Closes: #7869

Approach

Adds Parse.Server which returns Config.get(Parse.applicationId). This makes accessing the Config object via cloud code very simple, so a developer could do an action such as:

await Parse.Server.database.create(json.className, json);

TODOs before merging

  • Add tests
  • A changelog entry is created automatically using the pull request title (do not manually add a changelog entry)
