Fix missing DISC entries when uploading .pbp games #336

An entry for the .pbp is created in the DISC table now, however it's also creating an entry for the cover (whether pulled from bleemsync central, or manually uploaded) in there too. This has the result of the disc swap instruction screen appearing when you launch the game from the Stock UI. |
