This is a plugin used to add basic Bootstrap modal functionality to your site.
Once you activate the plugin you will be able to create modals using the WP editor at a new post type available in the sidebar.
Modals will output and trigger after 60 seconds.
If your theme, or another plugin, doesn't already add these for you then uncomment the include line in boostrap-modal-popups.php
