io_mesh_cannibal for Blender

Proof of concept Blender importer for Cannibal Project files (CPJ).

WARNING

only static geometry is imported (no animations)
only one surface (SRF) is imported
export to CPJ files is NOT supported

Tested on Blender 3.1.2 (Linux 64bit)
