I could implement that. All I need is:

  1. Access or setup of Travis: https://travis-ci.org/paulmillr/top-github-users

  2. Add Travis cron job (docs) in repository settings - master weekly is just fine

  3. Generate hashed repository access key - here is manual

You can put it here hashed in the comment. It will be very long, like the last line in the last linked .travis.yml.
