Fix disappeared "Sync with anki" button

Reason is babbel changing UI. Also, it is a first release made by contributors 🎉 kudos to @tonyhogsten

Sync animation, error handling

Now the button has loading animation, so its more clear when the extension is loading data to Anki.
Also, there is better support of errors if Anki is not running or AnkiConnect is not set up

Tags support

The latest version of the extension contains tag support and minor updates to dependencies
