Error: You need to pass account ID

Having completed authentication, if I run monz with no arguments, I get:

Error: You need to pass account ID

The examples in the README suggest that, no I don't :P

First of all, I'm very sorry for the late reply.

The account ID needs to be explicitly passed if you have more then one (active) account.

If you're still interested in the project, I just released v1.0.0 - I'm gonna close this for now, but please let me know if something doesn't work or if you have any questions. I promise I'm gonna reply faster then last time 😅
