Ta. I've recently picked up rewriting the readme on https://github.com/pcapriotti/optparse-applicative/tree/topic/doc but I'll merge this so it's available now and will force a conflict for me to fix when rebasing. Feel free to contribute there as well. |

I always forget what the combinator for default values is.
Until now, the README mentioned that it's possible to set them, but doesn't tell me how.
This commit adds an example to the README.
