PCMedlink Simulation URL: Use for Interactive Design Flows

There is an interactive simulation at the below location that can be accessed from any browser. The purpose of this simulation is to provide Patrick Choquette an artifact that can be used for demo purposes and to provide the specifications for the product. This simulation has been approved by Patrick and there will be no further updates.
