Correção do timeout na requisição SOAP com nginx.

Faz todo sentido para servidores Nginx. Aliás devo corrigir minha última PR, pois há outra requisição SOAP, e esqueci de colocar esse ajuste. O @brenofabio já testou em ambiente Nginx. |

Ajusta o cabeçalho da requisição SOAP com o stream_context para fechar a conexão após o retorno.
Testado com PHP 7.0.16 e nginx 1.11.12
