As described in https://networktocode.slack.com/archives/CASMY925A/p1609330446428900
Peering Manager actually runs into an issue, when a column is set that does not exist anymore.
Especially since has_potential_ix_peering_sessions does not exist anymore, which was used by a few users on my env.
