(Relates to #98)

Searches should by default, unless a flag is set to disable this behavior, search for deaccented strings.

Example: Searching for Sao Paulo and São Paulo should return the same results.

https://pypi.org/project/Unidecode/ would be a good solution here.

Agree, search strings should be turned to ASCII before querying.
