Can't close call by receiver

i have a function like this

  hangup() {
    console.log('hangup');
    this.peer.disconnect();
    this.peer.destroy();
    this.peer.on('call', (call) => {
      call.close();
    })
    if (!this.myEl.classList.contains('disableCall')) {
      console.log('Hide');
      this.myEl.classList.remove('showCall');
      this.myEl.classList.add('disableCall');
    }
    this.hideCall = false;
    this.hideCallLogin = false;
  }

and i listen to actions from user like this

on call function

    conn.on("close", function () {
      console.log('Destroyed by reciver');
    });

on receiver function like this

      call.on('close', () => {
        console.log('Destroyed by sender');
      })

if the sender push hangup button, the connection will close and on the receiver console i got log Destroyed by sender.

but if the receiver push hangup button, the connection is not closing but i got log Destroyed by reciver. Why is that? how the connection not destroyed by the receiver?
